![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Most of my artwork begins life as a drawing or sketch of some description. The collection presented here includes many examples of drawings done in museums, to record specimens which I found of interest. Prints of all pieces featured in this gallery are available on request, and can be shipped to locations worldwide. Please contact me after reading the following guidelines, stating the precise title, and size of print required. I can supply colour prints in actual size, or smaller if preferred, on photographic paper or canvas. Prices of prints depend on size and the material printed upon (paper/canvas), but generally range between £15-£45, with canvas being more expensive than paper. I am willing to negotiate commissions (e.g. drawings of animals, pets, landscapes, etc) - please contact me, after reading the guidelines below. I can work from photographs or (preferably) from life when circumstances permit, in black and white, natural colour, or imaginary colour. Please ensure that photographs are good quality, high resolution images (preferably larger than passport size!!). Try to choose a photograph that you feel captures a typical, interesting, or unusual aspect of your subject. Please note: Prices of commissions may vary widely, depending on size, medium, time taken, frame, etc. As a very approximate guide: An unframed A3 size (16 x 12 in.) charcoal drawing may cost between £40-£80. An unframed A3 size pastel drawing might cost in the range of £70-£100. An A3 acrylic painting would likely cost between £80-£120. For larger/smaller formats, prices will be adjusted accordingly. If you are interested in purchasing original artwork, please contact me to enquire regarding availability. Prices depend on size, medium, etc. Please see above, under 'prices of commissions' for an approximate guide. |
