Portraits are one of my greatest passions.

I always know instantly when I see a face that I want to capture in a painting, and love the challenge of capturing a likeness, along with a sensitivity of soul. I am particularly fascinated by the strength of the eyes. The portrait collection shown here features a variety of faces - some famous, some less so, but all of them individuals to whom I feel some sense of affinity.
