The three
founding members of the reggae band, The Wailers. From left to
right: Bunny (Wailer)
Livingston (born 1947), Robert Nesta Marley (1945-1981) and Peter McIntosh (1944-1987). Both
as a group and as individuals, the
Wailers were pioneering reggae artists
who helped to spread the Rastafarian
ideology through their music. The colours
of the painting are inspired by the
Ethiopian tricolour flag, which often
symbolises the Rasta tradition.
Original painting: £145. Prints also
available (up to size A2). Please contact me for further
details.
